你可以在 App 内删除单条记录，也可以在设置页删除全部本机记录。删除后，相关记录将从本地存储中移除。

DoseNest does not upload your health logs to a server in the current version and does not sell, rent, or share your personal health records with third parties.
If you enable reminders, the app requests notification permission in order to send local reminders on your device.
If you enable app lock, the app uses iOS device authentication to protect access. DoseNest does not collect, store, or upload your biometric information.
You can delete individual records inside the app, or delete all local logs from Settings. Once deleted, the related records are removed from local storage.
